Huge American label Halston launched its stylish line in 2009, and has ever since brought a cult following amongst celebrities and fashion muses like Sarah Jessica Parker and Chloë Sevigny. With the essence of Studio 54 glamour, Halston Heritage reveals the brand's ageless appeal reinventing timeless pieces into effortlessly elegant shapes and style. Halston’s current collections displays pretty necklines, and tiered pleats, with gorgeous lame knit’s. Absolutely Stunning.

Check out the top I have made Item of the week below, this Gorgeous Metallic lamé-knit top at £290 blows the budget just a teeny bit, but this is definitely a piece that will get you noticed. I love it!

In 1960 Bergdof Goodman’s head MillinerRoy Halston Frowick, known as Halston created a pillbox hat for Jacqueline Kennedy, the hat was revealed at the Prudential Inauguration and was loved by the public, making Halston an instant fashion hit.

Halston designed his first line in the 1970s among the days of the Disco Fever, think Studio 54 and the New York trend setters such as Jerry Hall, Liza Minnelli and Bianca Jagger.

Halston died in the early 90s and in 2009 Halston Heritage was born, homage to the 54 Disco days, this collection of luxe jersey dresses and black and white faux fur bring all that glamour back to our wardrobes.

Halston was featured in Sex in the City 2, where SJP is head of the label
