My very own piece of Vintage Topshop...

Lauriella's brief history of Topshop-

Founded in 1964 within the Peter Robinson Store in Sheffield. In 1975 Topshop was given its first floor space within the Peter Robinson Store in London's Oxford Circus. By 1974 Topshop is launched as a standalone business targeting 13 to 25-year-olds and by 1978 it formed the men's division Topman.
By 1992, Topshop and Topman collaborate to create the largest fashion store in the world at 214 Oxford Street, London.

Topshop has grown immensely over the last 10 years with collaborations with British model Kate Moss, and Topshop's Unique collection becoming the first high street range to be shown on the catwalk as part of the official schedule of London Fashion Week.

Topshop is  fashion destination on the British high street, and I for one am a huge fan! With more than 300 stores across the UK, the brand has become a fashion phenomenon!

So, onto my main reason for this post-

Recently I purchased a dress on ebay, this 1970s vintage topshop dress, with its bat winged arms and empire line style it really stood out to me as pretty little dress, and I had to have it. The dresses pattern is a soft pink green blue and brown floral effect with a V line front which finishes to a diamond just beneath the bust line. I found one of my turban style headbands in my accesory box and some bright orange beads, to add effect to the 70s look.
